Position Summary Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Kia Product Specialists. You do not need years of automotive sales experience to succeed here. Kia builds some of the most exciting, technology-packed, and value-driven vehicles on the market today. This role is about creating a great customer experience, building relationships, demonstrating features and technology, and helping customers feel comfortable and excited throughout the buying process. What You'll Do Customer Experience Welcome customers and create a positive first impression Learn customer needs and help guide them to the right vehicle Demonstrate Kia technology, safety, comfort, and convenience features Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Help customers understand trim levels, hybrid technology, driver assistance systems, connectivity features, and ownership benefits Deliver an easy, enjoyable, and professional buying experience Daily Responsibilities Learn and maintain strong knowledge of Kia products and technology Follow up with customers through calls, texts, video, and email Set and confirm appointments Use dealership CRM tools daily Participate in team meetings and training Assist with keeping inventory presentation-ready What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable talking with customers and demonstrating technology Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability Valid driver's license Automotive experience is a plus — but personality, energy, and willingness to learn matter more.
