team. This role is pivotal in managing incoming communications related to service order creation and ensuring high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will effectively prepare service estimates and orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors to support kiosk operations while ensuring timely processing of orders and smooth office logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and emails related to service order creation, providing timely responses and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare service orders, including estimates and order entry, while overseeing depot processes like kiosk shipping, receiving, and logistics. Monitor and analyze open Service Orders and Purchase Orders to maintain operational continuity and support service staff as needed. Coordinate inventory management, vendor procurement, UPS shipping/receiving, and invoicing tasks. Support sales by handling kiosk business inquiries, processing consumable orders, and assisting with lead entry. Maintain office logistics including mail distribution, supply inventory, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to varying tasks.
