In person About the Role We are looking for a dependable, adaptable Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position plays a key role in preparing high-quality, scratch-made meals and ensuring smooth service throughout the day. Schedule & Shifts Morning shift: 5:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM (bread, breakfast, lunch, prep) (I have 2 days a week available for this position.) Evening shifts: 11:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM (lunch, dinner, prep, closing duties) 8-hour shifts, with some flexibility required Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to recipes and standards Bake fresh bread and assist with scratch-made food prep Read and execute tickets quickly and accurately (line experience a plus, but not required) Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including end-of-day cleanup Work both on the line and in prep as needed Uphold food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous cooking experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and dependability are essential Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, from-scratch kitchen Flexibility with shifts and duties Team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
