Kitchen & Bath Sales

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen & Bath Sales to join our team. In this role, you will combine your passion for design, construction, and customer service to guide clients through the entire sales process—from initial consultation to project completion. Your expertise in layout design, lighting, and remodeling will help transform spaces into stunning, functional environments. Responsibilities Engage with customers through inside and outside sales efforts, providing guidance on kitchen and bath products, fixtures, and renovation options Develop detailed layout designs using 2020 design software to visualize client projects and enhance sales presentations Manage account relationships by maintaining ongoing communication, follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the remodeling process Assist with merchandising, stock management, and product demos in retail settings to attract customers and promote new offerings Collaborate with contractors, interior designers, and homeowners to coordinate project timelines Deliver excellent customer service while building relationships with local contractors and homeowners Requirements Experience preferred in outside sales or retail sales within the renovation, construction, or interior design industries Strong knowledge of layout design software such as 2020; familiarity with lighting design is a plus Familiarity with remodeling processes, construction practices, maintenance standards, and interior design principles Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining detailed account records Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, merchandising, and marketing strategies is preferred Join us in creating beautiful kitchens and bathrooms that inspire our clients! Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
