Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Chef to perform culinary operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft exceptional dishes, oversee kitchen activities, and inspire a talented team of culinary professionals. As a Kitchen Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while managing daily kitchen functions. Your expertise will help elevate our dining experience and maintain our reputation for excellence in both fine dining and catering services. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service delivery Oversee menu planning, ensuring variety, quality, and adherence to dietary requirements Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Maintain strict food safety standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies Coordinate with the catering team to deliver seamless event experiences Supervise food production processes from prep to plating, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Oversee shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback for team members Requirements Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques across diverse cuisines, including fine dining standards Strong background in banquet service, catering, and large-scale food production Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing kitchen teams and overseeing daily operations Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Experience in menu planning, food handling, and catering logistics is highly desirable Join us as a Kitchen Chef and bring your culinary expertise to life!
