In this role you will visit our clients as part of a team delivering deep cleaning services to commercial kitchens for jobs that are typically on nights and occasionally weekends. The launch of this service has been much bigger than anticipated. We need someone who is ready to grow the business and their career. We provide the required training on equipment and job skills to perform the services necessary for the job. This role requires a dependable, detail oriented, independent hard-working individual, with great customer service skills. Someone who takes pride in their work and can inspire their teammates to do the same. Work Location is on the road in commercial kitchens with our company fleet vehicles based from our warehouse in St. Petersburg, Florida with weekly on-site duties to help maintain the warehouse, vehicles and equipment. Customer-obsessed Cleaning Service Technician Responsibilities:

Commercial kitchen equipment and surface area cleaning (Kitchen equipment, tables, coolers, ice machines, walls, floors, ceilings, etc.) Show up on time to work assigned schedule by following job routines and notes Regular care and maintenance of cleaning equipment Keep inventory of supplies and materials on company truck for current and next shift Communicating with management, coworkers and clients on cleaning visits & issues

Cleaning Service Technician Qualifications:

Strong desire for company culture fit as an active team member supporting others Solid communication skills to solve minor problems and timely text messaging responses Valid driver's license and clean driving record to understand vehicle safety Ability to lift 75 lbs. and roll machinery up ramps and/or hold on to truck lift gates Must be able to pass a background check including DMV records for auto insurance Ability to work independently and consistently by following daily routine procedures Bilingual (Spanish / English) skills are beneficial but are not a requirement General Responsibilities

• Conduct routine cleaning of restaurants and large facilities.
• Navigate to assigned client site and be on time to scheduled service appointments
• Communicate effectively with customers and management
• Follow daily/weekly schedule for care and preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment, storage facility, and cargo van
• Complete basic repair/maintenance of the Filta microfiltration unit (MFU)
• Keep cargo van clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Inventory supplies and materials and submit order requests
• Maintain service records for each customer
• Submit daily service records via mobile app to management and clients
• Report any critical issues
• Clean up spills immediately and keep all work areas clean
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and wear required PPE gear provided
• Assure compliance with franchise standards/policies Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in hot conditions
• High school diploma/GED or the equivalent in experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent observation skills, the ability to prioritize and solve problems
• Strong time management skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings and overnight shifts
• Discipline to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively
• Initiative to learn and to stay up to date on the latest service procedures
• The ability to work independently, follow schedules and ensure your team does the same
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus
• Previous experience with cooking equipment (fryers, hoods, stoves, ovens, grills, ice machines, coolers, freezers) service/repair, other machinery/cleaning related fields, or military service a plus
• Ability to see information in print and/or electronically
