You are required, but not limited to, all food ordering and checking Q&A on products coming in the door, organization, proper cleanliness and sanitation put in place by the State of Florida and Gators Dockside, monthly inventory, leading and directing your team members and cooking. You will be required to work a 5 day work week, approx. 50-55 hrs per week. Adhering to the food specs put in place by Gators Dockside is also your responsibility. You will be required to cook on the line for lunch and dinner. Gators Dockside has been in the community since 1991. We pride ourselves on fresh chicken wings, fresh hand-pattied burgers, homemade chili and spinach dip and much more!
