Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and oversee multiple projects and project teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving overall project performance. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for multiple projects across aviation, hospitality, and multifamily sectors Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance Drive preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and client collaboration Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, owners, and key stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Identify risks and implement proactive solutions Support business development efforts and help secure new projects Collaborate with field leadership to ensure alignment between office and jobsite operations Qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with leadership experience at the Project Executive or Senior Project Manager level Experience managing aviation, hospitality, and/or multifamily projects preferred Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and construction operations Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Track record of delivering complex, ground-up projects What We Offer Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Leadership role within a respected and growing GC Exposure to high-profile, diverse projects Long-term growth and advancement opportunities
