As a Kitchen Manager at Ferndale Project, you will play a crucial role in our scratch kitchen, where we take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality dishes that complement our diverse selection of craft beers. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations at the Ferndale Project location Schedule kitchen staff Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Order and manage inventory Work with GM to enhance kitchen processes and recipes Ensure a positive and efficient kitchen environment
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or management experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
