Janitorial Worker

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless appearance Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently across all designated areas Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues promptly Assist with industrial cleaning tasks and facilities maintenance as required to uphold safety standards Support custodial operations by replenishing supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials Use commercial cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency and quality of work Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery confidently Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention Previous porter or maintenance experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and comfort!
