This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can lead kitchen operations during both large-scale events and daily service needs. The Kitchen Manager will work directly under Corporate Chef Saul Ramos and play a key role in executing events, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring the overall facility operates smoothly. Compensation $50,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time position Responsibilities Oversee and run kitchen operations during banquets, weddings, private events, and daily functions Coordinate with Corporate Chef on prep, execution, staffing, and kitchen standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas Manage inventory, storage, labeling, and food rotation Assist with ordering and receiving deliveries Ensure proper sanitation and food safety procedures are followed at all times Handle light facility maintenance and general upkeep around the property as needed Help maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness Support event setup and breakdown when necessary Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and accountability Qualifications Prior kitchen management or high-volume kitchen experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment Comfortable working nights and weekends Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Team-first mentality with a hands-on approach Food safety knowledge preferred About Villa Cesare Villa Cesare Banquets is a full-service banquet and event venue known for weddings, private events, and hospitality-driven service.
