Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager and Banquet Manager to lead our culinary operations and banquet services with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role combines culinary expertise with exceptional management skills to ensure seamless food preparation, outstanding customer service, and efficient banquet execution. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets quality standards and safety regulations Manage banquet events from planning to execution, coordinating with clients and staff to deliver flawless service Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated team environment Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs using POS systems to optimize profitability Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all food handling activities Conduct staff training sessions on culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and operational procedures Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations in casual dining or fine dining settings Strong background in food safety standards, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices Proven leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and managing performance Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently Experience controlling costs, and implementing food management strategies Knowledge of catering operations, banquet service logistics, and event coordination within hospitality environments Join us as a Kitchen Manager or Banquet Manager to lead vibrant culinary teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
