Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef to lead our culinary team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and efficient service. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences across various settings, including fine dining, catering, and banquet events. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served. Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Plan menus that reflect culinary creativity while meeting dietary needs and client specifications. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times. Monitor shift operations, manage staffing schedules, and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen management or as a head chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production, fine dining, and catering. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary regulations, and inventory management practices. Skilled in menu planning, food service management, and kitchen operations oversight. Experience with banquet service, event catering, and large-scale food production is highly desirable.
