Kitchen Prep Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Fresh Prep plays an important role in delivering high-quality food and an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in food preparation, cleanliness, and consistency. As a Fresh Prep Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other cold-prep items while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and proper portioning. Responsibilities Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other fresh menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards Follow proper recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures at all times Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients throughout the shift Stock and rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Support the kitchen team with additional prep and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Commitment to cleanliness and food safety Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs Kitchen or food prep experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Meal Benefit every shift Leadership development opportunities Positive and encouraging work environment Opportunity to grow within the Chick-fil-A organization If you enjoy working with food, value teamwork, and take pride in serving others through excellence and care, we would love to meet you!
