Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff to support our production team in crafting high-quality, small-batch ice cream. You will work alongside our Ice Cream Makers to prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist in the freezing, mixing, and packaging process. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about food, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping fruits, measuring, and organizing mise en place Support the ice cream making process: mixing bases, adding mix-ins, and transferring product to batch freezers Pack pints, tubs, and orders with accuracy and consistency Label and organize finished products in freezers Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and floors after each production shift Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times Assist with inventory checks and receiving deliveries Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support any additional kitchen prep or production needs as directed Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Positive attitude and team-player mindset Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in freezers, etc.) Good communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
