Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this role, you will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain valuable hospitality experience in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to ensure timely service Serve guests efficiently by bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with food delivery when needed Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality throughout all shifts Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude with a focus on guest services and teamwork
Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
