Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences! Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality dishes are served efficiently and consistently Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Handle food items safely, including proper storage, handling, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness Support serving staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring guest areas are tidy and welcoming Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines during busy hours and special events like banquets or large parties Follow all food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices to uphold health standards at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred but not required—training will be provided Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards essential for maintaining cleanliness and quality Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, or banquet service is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Hotel or culinary experience can enhance your ability to excel in this role Join us if you're eager to develop your culinary skills, enjoy working in a lively environment, and thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Pay:
