In this energetic role, you will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and assist with various kitchen operations. Whether you're passionate about cooking, serving, or maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry. All roles are paid positions, welcoming both experienced professionals and eager newcomers ready to learn. Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to ensure guest safety and hygiene standards are upheld Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions when needed Help with food plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal for dine-in or catering services Support banquet setups by preparing serving stations and assisting with large-scale meal service events Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest services through efficient communication and teamwork Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards Familiarity with cooking techniques and food preparation processes Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous banquet experience or hotel culinary exposure is a plus Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting guest satisfaction Join us in creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere where your skills can shine!
