Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub environment, you'll be vital in delivering top-tier service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments promptly Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns with professionalism Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation protocols, and manage food handling procedures effectively Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding menu items and food prep processes Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling accuracy Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; hospitality background highly valued Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit exceptional!
