Kitchen Staff/Baking/Pantry

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in the preparation and production of food items, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We are hiring for dish washers, Baking & Pastry Chef and Expo/Pantry Worker.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients, baking, etc
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Operate kitchen equipment such as slicer and ovens
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food service procedures and best practices
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Basic cooking skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as needed (e.g., prep, line cook)
