Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate industrial equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Your Role on the Floor Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately. Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. Operations Operate and monitor KP production equipment and systems. Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Troubleshoot issues and work with maintenance teams on repairs. Quality Control Perform product sampling and quality checks. Ensure materials and finished products meet specifications. Continuous Improvement Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Recommend ideas to improve operations. Material Handling Operate material-handling equipment as needed. Assist with minor maintenance and other production duties. Cross-train in other production areas when needed. Your Rewards.
