As the Geek Squad City Director, you will lead one of Best Buy's most critical services and fulfillment operations, overseeing multiple functional teams responsible for delivering exceptional customer and client experiences. You'll drive operational excellence, develop high-performing leaders, and execute strategies that support enterprise priorities while balancing customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. What you'll do Lead and develop a high-performing culture built on trust, belonging, accountability, and results. Establish clear goals and accountability to improve customer, employee, and financial outcomes. Partner with enterprise leaders to develop and execute strategic operational plans. Use business insights, data, and financial metrics to identify opportunities and deliver results. Basic qualifications 5+ years of management experience in business, military, or related fields. 5+ years of services, retail, supply chain, or related operational experience. Advanced proficiency in data reporting, analysis, and decision-making. Expert problem-solving skills with experience addressing complex business challenges. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience. 5+ years of financial management experience with P&L responsibility.
