West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Hand Stacker in Kalamazoo. We're looking for a reliable Hand Stacker to join our team! Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 6:30pm (or until all trucks are loaded)

Compensation:

Starting at $23.00 per hour + plus pick rate incentive

You'll work independently to accurately select products, stack them on pallets, and keep your work area clean and organized while following safety procedures. What You'll Do Accurately pick customer orders for next-day delivery. Operate stand-up ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Use scanners and headsets to follow pick paths and instructions. Navigate a temperature-controlled warehouse to locate and select products. Stack and organize products on pallets according to company standards. Follow FIFO rotation and all warehouse safety procedures. Maintain clean, organized work areas and report any safety concerns. Support overall warehouse operations by completing all required training. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED (required) 1-2 years warehouse or manual material handling experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent time management and reliability Commitment to safety and workplace integrity Basic computer literacy Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
