• About the Role
• As an Engineering Intern at Solstice, a global specialty materials company, you will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that support process innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Based at our Baton Rouge and Geismar, LA sites, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help solve real-world challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of advanced materials and chemical solutions that serve customers around the world.

• + Assist in the design, development, and implementation of processes and solutions + Support cross-functional teams in product development and improvement initiatives + Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering + Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering projects + Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and continuous improvement •Qualifications•

YOU MUST HAVE

• + Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• + Pursuing an advanced degree in Engineering + Experience with engineering principles and practices + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment + Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale + Students entering their sophomore or junior year of an Engineering bachelor's degree program
