Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Lab Co-ordination Experience in lab administration, documentation, or asset management within a technical/engineering environment Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail Familiarity with tracking systems and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage logistics activities including inventory, storage, and shipment coordination Good communication skills for coordination across teams Ability to manage multiple schedules and ensure smooth lab operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive validation labs or testing environments Knowledge of test equipment handling and asset tracking processes Familiarity with vehicle validation lifecycle and lab operations
