Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM, occasional overtime as needed Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented lab technician to support daily operations in our materials testing facility. This role primarily involves preparing powdered samples for elemental analysis, along with assisting in general warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in both laboratory and warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities Laboratory Duties:

• Prepare powdered samples for analysis, including homogenizing, grinding, and bagging materials
• Accurately weigh and label samples following established procedures
• Operate and maintain basic lab equipment (e.g. mills, splitters, balances)
• Operate

• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all samples
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures

Warehouse Duties:

• Record lot sample information
• Obtain sample from bags
• Opportunity for expanded warehouse responsibilities over time Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous lab or industrial experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Preferred Skills
• Experience with sample preparation or materials testing
• Familiarity with XRF or similar analytical techniques
