Job Description

Company Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Industrial Maintenance and Welding Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily plant operations by performing equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding/fabrication work as needed. We are looking for someone reliable, hands-on, safety-minded, and able to work independently while supporting a positive and team-focused workplace.
Role Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance and Welding Technician, you will help ensure machinery, equipment, and facility systems are operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform welding and fabrication repairs when needed. This position requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to document maintenance work performed.
Responsibilities:
Perform equipment repair and maintenance to reduce downtime Complete preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability and safety Troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve equipment issues Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns Follow company safety procedures and compliance requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Track and document maintenance activities and repairs performed Communicate equipment issues, repair needs, and updates to management
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience Welding experience required Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience Ability to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Fabrication experience Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment Ability to read basic diagrams, work orders, or maintenance instructions
