What You'll Do:
The Metals Laboratory Technician will be responsible for supporting the Metals laboratory by following methodologies and preparing samples Prepare samples for a wide variety of testing procedures, following outlined methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Operate and maintain scientific equipment/instrumentation Document activities and report results accurately and concisely ​Assist group leaders and analysts in ordering and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation ​Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and work areas Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment Other duties as required
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of previous experience working in an environmental laboratory is preferred but not required Waypoint Analytical is an equal opportunity employer.
