Role:

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide high-quality maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care for laboring and postpartum patients Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures Monitor maternal and fetal conditions using fetal monitoring systems Provide newborn assessment and immediate post-delivery care Administer medications and treatments as ordered Respond to maternal or fetal condition changes appropriately Educate patients and families regarding labor, recovery, and newborn care Maintain accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Participate in patient safety and quality initiatives

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

Active RN license required Minimum 3 years recent Labor & Delivery experience required BLS certification required NRP certification required Strong maternal/newborn assessment and critical care skills STABLE certification preferred Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred Experience with Meditech EMR preferred Experience with GE/Centricity fetal monitoring preferred
