Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site operations per contract terms and statement of work Drive account strategy for revenue growth, margin expansion, and account retention Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal staff Monitor service activities, escalations, and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality Manage service contracts, billing issues, invoices, and field service reports Dispatch work orders to vendors and follow up on service completion Ensure compliance with asset management, inventory, and regulatory guidelines Manage employee workload, goals, and annual review process Support continuous improvement initiatives and PPI project teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in a customer-facing role (Must-Have) Life Sciences environment experience preferred 2+ years of people management/supervisory experience Proficient in PC/Windows-based software Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills Self-starter, results-oriented, and team player
