Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to protocols Oversee sample collection, processing, and analysis to maintain accuracy and quality standards Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to foster professional development and ensure compliance Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Document laboratory procedures, results, and quality control measures accurately Manage inventory of supplies and reagents, placing orders as neededSkills and Qualifications:
Two-year or four-year degree in medical lab technology required; advanced degrees preferred Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities This position is expected to be able to perform bench work Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards Must be proficient in phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with laboratory equipment and software Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good communication skills, both written and verbal Join our innovative organization committed to scientific excellence and continuous growth.
