Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the opportunity to play an important role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient plant operations. Qualifications Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean and organized work environment Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others Ability to learn new processes, skills, and responsibilities Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, preferred High School Diploma or GED required Previous laboratory experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates Description of Duties Perform daily laboratory testing according to standard operating procedures to support plant operations Record all data and test results accurately and in the required format Maintain and properly operate laboratory equipment, including calibrations and cross-validations Order and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory Interpret laboratory data and understand its impact on plant operations Maintain laboratory equipment and testing records Assist with research, testing, and documentation for experimental trials involving new ingredients and processes to improve plant efficiency and output Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Communicate test results and observations effectively with plant personnel and management
