PM Compensation:

$24/hour A global, family-owned industrial manufacturer is seeking a Contract Lab Technician to support their lab operations at a modern U.S. production facility. This is a 6-month assignment offering hands-on experience in product development, lab testing, and manufacturing support within a stable and team-oriented environment. Why This Role Stands Out

You will work with specialized equipment and follow structured procedures to support ongoing production and R D efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating lab extruders
• Producing samples through extrusion, grinding, and spraying processes
• Following standard formulations and documenting results
• Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any issues
• Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing lab equipment
• Supporting metallic bonding and specialty sample preparation (as needed)
• Maintaining a safe and organized lab environment Training & Development Structured onboarding and hands-on training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone looking to build technical lab experience in a manufacturing setting while developing skills in equipment operation, quality control, and formulation processes. Ideal Background
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Chemistry or related field preferred)
• 1+ year of lab or manufacturing experience (entry-level considered with degree)
• Experience with lab equipment, extrusion, or sample preparation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
