Assembly Line Worker

• 6:30 AM) Position Summary As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be part of our production team responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting products on a high-volume manufacturing line.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality and safety standards, and be part of a team striving for efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line equipment and tools, following standard work instructions. Assemble components, sub-assemblies, or finished products according to specifications. Inspect and verify parts for proper fit, alignment, function, and quality. Package and label products, prepare them for shipping or storage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation (including 5S practices). Report any equipment or quality issues immediately. Adhere to production targets while maintaining quality standards. Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in training as required, cross-train on multiple stations. Assist in cleaning, line changeovers, and shutdowns as needed. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus (but not always required). Ability to stand and walk for the full shift; frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching may be required. Able to lift up to 25-50 lbs (depending on specific station) and handle repetitive tasks. Basic math and reading skills to follow work instructions and measure parts. Reliable attendance, punctuality, willingness to work shifts (including weekends or overtime if needed). Team-oriented, good communicator, safety-minded.
