Friday work schedule Pay $23.66 hour (direct hire from day one) Ability to bid into more specialized roles, giving you a clear progression path to about $25hr. Job Overview This is a hands-on, helper-style role supporting multiple areas of a fabrication shop. You?ll assist wherever needed, including assembly, warehouse support, material handling, painting, machine operation, and general labor tasks. Duties may change daily, making this a great fit for someone flexible and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities ? Assist with assembly, warehouse, and production support ? Material handling and parts delivery throughout the facility ? Load and unload trucks ? Support machine operations (loading/unloading) ? Mix cement-based slurries used in production ? Palletize, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment ? Provide general labor support across departments as needed Qualifications ? High school diploma or GED ? Prior material handling or shop experience preferred ? Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus ? Experience mixing cement, grout, drywall mud, or similar materials preferred ? Willingness to learn, move between departments, and take on new tasks Physical & Work Environment ? Standing for extended periods ? Bending, kneeling, crawling, and climbing as needed ? Working inside large tanks or confined spaces ?
