Monday ? Friday | 6:30 AM ? 3:00 PM 2nd

PM Starting Pay:

$25.60 per hour Training Requirement All candidates must complete initial training on daylight shift for up to one month before transitioning to 2nd shift. This training period allows for onboarding and skill development as the company builds its new afternoon team. Position Overview Welders will work on large tanks, pressure vessels, and heavy fabrications in a production shop environment. This role involves MIG and Stick welding both inside and outside of tanks, with opportunities to train into submerged arc welding (SAW). Candidates must be comfortable working in somewhat confined spaces and entering tanks when required. Key Responsibilities ? Perform MIG and Stick welding on tanks and pressure vessels ? Weld both inside and outside of large vessels ? Train into submerged arc welding as needed ? Read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings ? Prepare and clean weld areas ? Inspect welds for quality and accuracy ? Maintain production and quality documentation ? Follow all welding and confined space safety procedures Qualifications ? Experience with MIG and Stick welding required ? Tank, vessel, or heavy fabrication welding experience preferred ? Comfortable working inside tanks and confined spaces ? Ability to fit through tank openings when required ? Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ?
