Submittal Laborer | Washington, UT Nexeo HR is hiring a Laborer to join a growing precast concrete company in Washington, Utah. This full-time, long-term opportunity offers stability, hands-on experience, and strong potential for advancement. Construction experience preferred and a strong work ethic and reliability. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties within a precast concrete facility and outdoor yard Assist with building and assembling molds for concrete products such as pipes, boxes, and infrastructure components Place and tie rebar, prepare forms, and support pouring and finishing of concrete Operate basic hand tools and assist with machinery under supervision Strip forms, clean molds, and prepare materials for the next production cycle Load, unload, and move materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Construction experience Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed Qualifications Dependable and punctual — consistent attendance is critical Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing repetitive labor Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Willing to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust) Positive attitude and ability to take direction and work in a team Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred Experience with hand tools, measurements, or materials like rebar/concrete is a plus (not required)

Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Please note: This position follows a "rise with the sun" schedule. Start times may shift earlier in the summer and later in the winter based on daylight and production needs. Nexeo Benefits
