This energetic role involves hands-on work across various phases of construction and renovation projects, focusing on concrete finishing, rebar installation, and general site preparation. As a vital team member, you will contribute to delivering high-quality results on commercial and residential sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship at every step. Duties Prepare construction sites by setting up formwork, scaffolding, and safety barriers to ensure a secure working environment. Operate power tools and hand tools to perform concrete finishing, including smoothing, troweling, and sealing surfaces for a polished appearance. Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and blueprints to reinforce concrete structures. Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper consistency and placement for durability. Perform demolition or restoration work as needed, including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, or tile laying to meet project standards. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing, masonry, framing, or related trades. Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in operating power tools, heavy equipment, and construction machinery. Strong physical stamina with the capacity for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures relevant to construction environments. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or equipment operation is advantageous.
