• Willing to Train) We're a growing construction team working on commercial, industrial, and demolition projects and looking for dependable laborers who are comfortable working with concrete cutting and coring equipment in the field.

Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply — we're willing to train motivated individuals looking to grow in the trade. What You'll Be Doing You'll assist with concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and site preparation on active construction projects while working alongside an experienced crew. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete cutting, wall sawing, slab sawing, and core drilling operations
• Set up and maintain cutting equipment and job site materials
• Perform demolition and removal of concrete as needed
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the project
• Support operators and foremen with daily project tasks
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times What You'll Need
• Previous experience in concrete cutting, demolition, or construction labor preferred
• Entry-level candidates with construction experience or mechanical aptitude are welcome
• Familiarity with concrete saws, core drills, and hand/power tools is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying job site conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• OSHA certification is a plus
