Job Description

Fuel the Journey. Deliver Exceptional Aviation Service Lake Breeze Aviation at Sheboygan County Memorial International Airport is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a casual line service technician. In this hands-on aviation role, you'll help ensure safe, efficient airport operations while delivering outstanding service to pilots, passengers, and tenants. From marshalling aircraft and fueling operations to snow removal and airfield support, no two days are the same. If you enjoy working outdoors, being around aircraft, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Marshal, park, tow, and refuel aircraft safely and efficiently Provide lavatory, water, de-icing, and ground support services Greet and assist pilots and passengers with a professional, welcoming attitude Conduct daily inspections of fuel trucks, fuel farms, and FBO equipment Assist with baggage handling and passenger transportation Maintain clean, organized, and secure ramp and operational areas Support airport maintenance operations including snow removal, mowing, landscaping, wildlife mitigation, and facility upkeep Communicate clearly with pilots using aviation radio procedures and phonetic alphabet Assist with emergency response and airport operational support as needed Promote and follow all FAA, airport, and safety regulations High school diploma or equivalent Valid Wisconsin driver's license Basic computer skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions Related technical training or aviation experience preferred Familiarity with aviation operations and regulations is a plus Selected candidates must successfully complete: FBO Line Service Technician training within 30 days of employment National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Safety 1st training within 6 months of employment This position includes both indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Employees must be able to:
Frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds Stand, walk, bend, climb, and work around moving aircraft and equipment Operate snow removal equipment, towing equipment, tugs, ground power units, and related airport tools
