We are seeking a full-time Crew Member who is driven, willing to learn, and trustworthy to add to our team and grow with our company. We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates who are able to perform the following job duties: basic landscaping work such as mulching, weeding, pruning, plant installation and identification etc. (we do not offer lawn mowing services); basic hardscaping work such as excavation, base installation, laying pavers, pulling grades etc.; operation of equipment and machinery such as skid-steers, excavators, and basic gas-powered equipment; truck and trailer operation. Applicants must have a valid drivers' license. The following attributes will be highly prioritized in applicants: General knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, and plant care/needs Detail and quality oriented, with an eye for landscape design General hardscaping knowledge, including paver, concrete, and retaining wall installation Display professionalism with both fellow teammates and while communicating with clientele Ability to follow instruction and retain new knowledge Career oriented with a genuine desire to learn and grow within the trade Starting wages will be determined based on level of experience. Career advancement also available and encouraged. Hours are generally Monday - Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm, with occasional mandatory Saturdays during peak season, or when there are weather delays. Must be willing to work outside in sometimes unfavorable weather conditions. Must be able to lift heavy materials up to 80lbs.
