Landscape Architect - Project Manager

Job description Job Roles And Responsibilities Manage landscape architecture projects from initial design through construction completion. Develop site plans, planting plans, and design layouts for various project types. Prepare and review technical drawings including planting, irrigation, grading, and civil plans. Coordinate with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and design standards. Produce 2D and 3D visualizations and presentation materials. Support project documentation, organization, and deliverables accuracy. Conduct site visits and support construction phase activities. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to design development with creative and practical solutions. Qualifications And Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. Minimum 4 or more years of professional experience in landscape architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Land FX. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel. Strong understanding of planting design, plant selection, and layout. Working knowledge of Florida native and Florida friendly plant materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including irrigation, grading, and civil plans. Experience producing 2D and 3D visualizations. Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and coordination skills.
