This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial sites and residential communities while ensuring high-quality landscape services, strong client satisfaction, and efficient coordination of maintenance and enhancement activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable balancing customer relationships with day-to-day operational oversight across multiple properties. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, and residential clients Serve as the primary liaison for assigned landscape service accounts Conduct regular property inspections to ensure landscape quality, safety, and overall appearance standards are maintained Collaborate closely with field supervisors and operations teams to coordinate daily services and project execution Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements, upgrades, and additional service offerings Prepare service proposals, estimates, and renewal recommendations Respond to client requests, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner Monitor account activity, contract compliance, and service expectations Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, site observations, and completed services Coordinate seasonal maintenance programs, irrigation adjustments, and landscape improvement initiatives Support scheduling, routing, and operational planning when necessary Ensure properties consistently reflect company quality standards and client expectations Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape operations, client relations, property services, or account coordination Experience supporting commercial and residential landscape portfolios preferred Understanding of landscape maintenance procedures, irrigation systems, plant care, and enhancement services Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer support skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or service management platforms preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Client Relationship Management Landscape Service Coordination Commercial Property Support Residential Community Management Irrigation & Maintenance Knowledge Scheduling & Operational Coordination Customer Communication Issue Resolution Proposal Development Organization & Time Management Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred Benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Performance-based incentives Career growth and training opportunities within the landscaping industry At Colleague, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
