What you'll do Lead a crew through landscape construction work (install-focused) Keep the jobsite safe, organized, and moving efficiently Read plans, lay out work, and manage daily production goals Set the quality bar: straight lines, clean finishes, proper prep Communicate clearly on materials, needs, and project status Operate machinery Be able to lift heavier objects and dig in dirt. Pay:
