Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Operate and drive trucks and equipment safely across multiple job sites, adhering to all safety protocols Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, irrigation setup, and general gardening duties Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, including construction activities and tree care services Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to meet project deadlines Conduct routine equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are in proper working order Support the training of new team members in landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and customer service Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields Strong supervising or leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team effectively Skilled in construction activities related to landscaping projects Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general garden maintenance Ability to operate trucks and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to lead by example while honing their expertise in landscaping.
