Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians to complete landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, tree care, gardening, and maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards Perform hands-on landscape installation and maintenance activities including planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and irrigation system setup or repairs Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular safety checks and promoting best practices Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service while managing crew expectations Assist with training new team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and longevity Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, lawn care, construction, tree care, gardening or horticulture Strong leadership skills with previous supervising experience in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and repair as well as general landscape maintenance techniques Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating various landscaping equipment Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and effectively interact with clients Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance Basic understanding of environmental sustainability practices related to gardening and landscape design This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who want to lead by example while making a tangible impact on community spaces.
