Landscape Crew Member

Overview We're hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our lawn maintenance crew for the upcoming landscape season. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you'll help maintain residential and commercial properties by performing routine lawn care and landscape maintenance services as part of a professional team. Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing using commercial walk-behind and stand-on mowers. Trim and edge lawns using string trimmers and edging equipment. Blow off driveways, walkways, patios, and parking areas to leave properties clean and professional. Assist with seasonal services such as spring cleanups, fall cleanups, mulch installation, and shrub trimming. Help load and unload equipment and maintain organized trucks and trailers. Follow safety procedures and maintain communication with crew leaders and supervisors throughout the workday. Qualifications Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full outdoor days in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation to our shop or designated job sites. Experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates. Valid driver's license preferred (required for crew leader or driver positions). Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job. Compensation:

$20-$25+ per hour depending on experience and equipment proficiency. Opportunities for advancement into crew leader, equipment operator, or hardscape positions. Consistent hours during the landscape season with potential winter snow removal work available.
