Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to become part of our Landscape Crew. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor landscaping and lawn care tasks to maintain and enhance residential and commercial properties. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, are willing to learn, and can operate efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape maintenance including pruning, mulching, landscape installs, and occasionally mowing, trimming, and edging. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment as needed Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Be dependable

Qualifications:

Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license is required Dependable and punctual

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
