Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a creative, driven customer-focused Landscape Designer & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and providing expert recommendations for landscape design, maintenance, and installation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of horticulture, lawn care, and landscape maintenance, along with excellent communication skills to build lasting customer relationships. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on transforming outdoor spaces through innovative landscaping solutions. This role combines design creativity with sales strategy — ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, creating beautiful outdoor spaces, and closing profitable projects. You will meet with homeowners and commercial clients, design custom landscape solutions, present proposals, and guide projects from concept to contract. Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions. Promote and sell landscape services including lawn care, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, tree care, and snow plowing. Prepare detailed plans, proposals, and estimates based on client requirements. Coordinate with the team to schedule projects and ensure timely completion. Maintain knowledge of current landscaping trends, horticulture practices, and new products or techniques. Provide guidance on landscape maintenance plans and seasonal services such as mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and snow removal. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
