Landscape Enhancement Laborer - SEASONAL

As a Landscape Enhancements Laborer, you will work alongside our enhancement and install teams performing landscape upgrades and improvement projects on residential and commercial properties. Projects may include planting, mulch installation, drainage improvements, sod installation, irrigation work, seasonal color, landscape renovations, light hardscape work, and general property enhancements. This is a physically active, hands-on position with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company. Responsibilities Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, bark, soil, rock, and other landscape materials Assist with landscape renovation and enhancement projects Perform bed preparation, grading, edging, trenching, and cleanup Assist with drainage, irrigation, and minor hardscape installations Safely operate landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, compact equipment, and hand tools Load, unload, and transport tools and materials between job sites Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all times Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE Communicate respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Qualifications Landscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work well as part of a team Positive attitude and professionalism on job sites Experience operating landscape equipment is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Health benefits 401k Matching up to 5% Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive team environment Year-round work opportunities High-quality equipment and tools Schedule Full-time Typically four 10-hour shifts per week Occasional seasonal overtime This is a seasonal position through October.
